**Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:
**1. Invoicing and Payment Processing**:

- Generate and issue invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Record and track incoming payments, ensuring proper allocation to customer accounts.
- Manage and reconcile payment records.

**2. Reimbursements**:

- Process employee reimbursement requests, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Verify the accuracy of the requests.

**3. Basic Accounting Tasks**:

- Assist with data entry and record-keeping in accounting software.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Assist with basic account reconciliations.
- Assist with the preparation of basic financial reports.

**4. Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assist with basic data entry for inventory or other company systems.

**5. Compliance**:

- Ensure all financial transactions and administrative processes comply with company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Proven 1-2 years of experience in accounting roles.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in an e-commerce or related industry.
- Knowledge of GST and other relevant tax regulations.
