We are looking for a talented and experienced **Social Media Video Content Creator/Graphics Designer** to join our team. This individual will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and producing high-quality video content and other graphics that engagement across various social media platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative concepts for engaging video content, including images and short-form reels.
- Use industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to edit raw footage, add effects, transitions, and graphics, and ensure high production quality.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, viral challenges, and popular content formats on social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) and leverage them to create relevant and shareable content.
- Produce eye-catching graphics, animations, and motion graphics for social media posts, stories, and ads that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
- Optimize content for each social media platform, taking into account aspect ratios, file sizes, and best practices for maximum reach and engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Content Creator/Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video editing and graphic design skills, particularly on social media platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent, as well as graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and content trends, with a keen eye for what resonates with different audiences.
- Excellent storytelling abilities, creativity, and attention to detail, with a passion for visual storytelling and creating memorable experiences.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of best practices for optimizing video content for SEO, accessibility, and mobile viewing.
- A proactive mindset, with a willingness to experiment, learn, and adapt to new technologies and trends in digital media.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
