**About Kylas**:
Kylas is a growth engine with a Sales CRM at its core. Kylas CRM is a SaaS based product

which helps companies streamline their sales efforts, improve customer relationships, and drive

growth. It is a CRM of lead management and workflow automation. It is a fast-growing CRM

with 4th Ranked in India within 2 years of commercial launch.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Outbound Sales Calls**: Initiate and manage outbound sales calls to introduce Kylas products and services, understand client needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- ** Product Knowledge**: Develop a strong understanding of Kylas offerings and services, focusing on the needs of the target market, and effectively communicate their benefits to clients. (Training will be provided.)
- ** Customer Relationship Building**: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and promptly resolving issues.
- ** Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth and improvement for Kylas.
- ** Sales Targets**: Work towards meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall sales growth and revenue generation of Kylas.
- ** Sales Collateral**: Create and maintain sales collateral such as brochures, product catalogs, and presentations to support sales efforts.
- ** Record Keeping**: Accurately maintain records of customer interactions, sales calls, and sales progress using CRM software.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong analytical and research skills to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with presentation software (e.g., Google Workspace).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, while being a strong team player.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a can-do approach to tasks.
