**Operations Assistant**

We are seeking an experienced professional to join us as an Operations Assistant in our Pune, India office. This professional will support the smooth functioning of administrative operations and oversee transportation arrangements for employees travelling from other office locations. The role involves coordinating with vendors, managing facilities, and ensuring timely and efficient transport services.

**What you'll do**:

- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including facility management, vendor coordination, and inventory control.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and meet health and safety standards.
- Manage transportation arrangements for employees, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Manage any transport-related issues.
- Coordinate with transport vendors for vehicle maintenance and service quality.
- Liaise with service providers for office maintenance, transport services, and other administrative needs.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding administrative and transport-related inquiries.
- Address and resolve employee concerns promptly to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of administrative activities, transport logs, and vendor contracts.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on administrative and transport performance to management.
- Ensure all administrative and transport operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in implementing and updating administrative policies and procedures.

**What you'll bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration or a related field.
- Prior experience in administrative operations or transport management is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with logistics management tools.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations.
- Familiarity with facility and fleet management practices.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the workplace.
