As the Social Media Management Executive at Optimist Brand Design, you'll be instrumental in developing and executing our social media strategies. Your creative flair, combined with strategic thinking, will drive engagement, enhance brand awareness, and amplify our online presence across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.

Create engaging content (including visuals, videos, and written posts) for various social media platforms.

Manage and curate content calendars, ensuring a consistent posting schedule.

Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to optimize strategies.

Engage with the online community, fostering meaningful interactions and responding to inquiries/comments.

Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, integrating new techniques into strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.

Support in the creation of social media advertising campaigns and their performance analysis.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in the relevant field.

Proven experience in social media management.

Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.

Proficiency in content creation tools and analytics platforms.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Travel to client location for content creation (eg video reels)

Deliver effective client presentations
