**We are looking for a Pune based SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST to work with us.**

**Job Location - Sahakar Nagar Pune**

**Timings -930 am - 630 pm**

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Social Media Strategies for growth of clients brand.
- Create and implement social media strategies that drive traffic, sales, and customer loyalty for brands.
- Focus on tactics that increase visibility and engagement, using a combination of organic and paid social media techniques.

Drive User generated content and Community Engagement:

- Encourage and curate user-generated content that highlights product use and builds brand authenticity.
- Foster a community of brand advocates by engaging with followers, facilitating discussions, and resharing UGC on brand channels.

Content Strategy and Planning:

- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and photographers to produce visually appealing, on-brand content (stories, reels, posts) that drives e-commerce engagement.
- Manage content calendars to ensure a steady stream of engaging, trend-aligned content that resonates with the target audience.

Influencer Partnerships and Brand Collaborations:

- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers and micro-influencers to amplify reach and drive product awareness.
- Develop collaborative campaigns that feature UGC and resonate with e-commerce consumers, encouraging sharing and word-of-mouth growth.

Analytics and Performance Tracking:

- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on social media performance, providing insights on engagement, reach, conversion, and UGC impact.
- Optimize social media strategies based on performance data, with a focus on maximizing ROI and growth for e-commerce brands.

Trend Spotting and Competitive Analysis:

- Stay updated on industry trends, new social media features, and competitor strategies within the advertising and branding industry.
- Integrate insights into the strategy to keep the brands social media presence fresh, relevant, and impactful.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in social media strategy, with proven success ideally within a digital marketing agency/branding/advertising agency or similar setting.
- Platform Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of key social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook Pinterest, Linked in etc.) and tools like Meta Business Suite, analytics software, and scheduling tools.
- Creative Eye and Brand Storytelling Skills: Ability to craft engaging, on-brand content that inspires UGC and fosters brand loyalty.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to optimize strategies and report on social media performance.
- Communication and Collaboration: Team communication and coordination skills, with experience working cross-functionally to execute cohesive social strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,257.23 - ₹25,000.00 per month
