Responsibilities:

- NABH Accreditation:
○ Develop and implement strategies to achieve and maintain NABH accreditation.

○ Conduct regular internal audits and mock surveys to identify areas of improvement.

○ Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with NABH standards. -Quality Assurance:
○ Develop and implement quality assurance systems and policies.

○ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality.

○ Identify and address quality-related issues and risks.

○ Conduct root cause analysis for adverse events and implement corrective actions.
- Patient Safety:
○ Develop and implement patient safety initiatives.

○ Promote a culture of safety within the organization.

○ Ensure compliance with patient safety regulations.
- Risk Management:
○ Identify and assess potential risks to patient safety and quality of care.

○ Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Documentation and Record Keeping:
○ Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all quality-related activities.

○ Maintain comprehensive records and documentation as per NABH requirements.
- Training and Development:
○ Conduct training programs for staff on NABH standards, quality improvement, and patient safety.

○ Facilitate continuous learning and development of the quality team

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CQI, Six Sigma) is preferred.
- Proven experience in quality management and accreditation standards, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of NABH standards and guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:
