**Project Coordinator**:
We are looking for a coordinator for Chillibreeze’s CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Project with good collaboration and organizing skills. We need a proactive individual who understands the purpose of the CSR project and plays an active role in collaborating with internal and external people.

You will be responsible for communicating key messages and promoting the project given. You will manage and maintain relationships with consumers, the community, employees, and public interest groups to promote our project.

To be successful in this role, you must continuously evolve and innovate to meet the project's requirements. You will also need excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Responsibilities and Requirements**:

- Understanding the CSR Policy requirements per the Companies Act (2013).
- Raising public awareness of our CSR project and its intended impact through marketing
- Understanding, taking ownership and actioning our CSR strategy - even suggesting changes to increase the impact.
- Maintaining records and data to help us analyze the progress and to help us be compliant with the CSR Policy requirements.

- Knowledge of how businesses operate.

- Ability to create a pool of network with various institutes, communities, etc.,
- Computer knowledge and business software like Microsoft Office, Digital content creation, etc.
- Ability to build a strong community.
- Excellent Event Management skills.
- A quick learner who can adapt, get deep, and use online software to operate, manage, and deliver the project CSR.

**Compensation**:
Pay ranges from ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
