Must have Paid Media experience ? A good relationship with media houses is preferred ? Must be able to crack deals and be a media strategist **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - ? Develop digital paid strategies and media plans for prospective and current clients that focus upon the client's goals and opportunities. - ? Work with internal teams to oversee and monitor ongoing campaign performance, ensuring campaigns are executed properly and according to client expectations - ? Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and offer recommendations based on data-driven evaluations to improve the campaigns. - ? Accurately develop, implement, and manage successful paid media campaigns, demonstrating revenue/lead goals, efficiency, and volume to ensure high profitability across channels - ? Ability to recommend opportunities for profitable budget expansion opportunities. - ? Develop media budget recommendations that align with client goals and strategic plans - ? Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies. - ? Take part in pitches and tenders to win new clients and accounts - ? Sharing creative input on ideas and campaigns by having primary experience in managing & - interacting with online consumers and brands. - ? Responsible for Strategic monthly connects with brand side Marketing Heads - ? Keep tabs on competitors. Track and conduct competitor analysis to assist in providing data for a comprehensive understanding of the competitors & their brand performance on digital media platforms **TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUISITE** ? Professional-level proficiency in English ? Advanced knowledge of Social Media Channels, Digital Media and Online Marketing, abreast with latest industry trends, marketing campaigns and the next viral video trend language skills ? Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, analytical & collaborative skills ? Highly organized to be able to handle multiple deadline-driven projects and workflows ? Able to manage and accommodate the team members ? Should have a keen eye for detail **QUALIFICATION REQUISITE** ? Post Graduate, Graduate or holder of UGC approved Diploma in Mass Media / Marketing Communication / Advertising or equivalent ? Certification in Digital Media / SEO / SEM / E-commerce will be added bonus
