**What you’ll be doing...**:
You will explore what our people need to learn to be even better. Your programs and learning approaches will align with our business needs and be highly effective and in tune with our culture. You’ll craft learning solutions that are engaging, fun and most importantly build those capabilities needed to enable our people to create the Verizon of the future.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to determine learning needs and the best delivery approach.
- Building learning solutions aligning with business objectives.
- Handling projects to build effective learning solutions on time and on budget.
- Evaluating program efficiency, building learning reports and continuously improving our learning solutions.
- Facilitating Leadership workshops.

**What we’re looking for...**:
You’ll need to have:

- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience designing custom learning programs using alternative delivery methods.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

- L&D Programs Management experience at a scale
- Data analysis skills to track metrics, measure impact, and generate reports

**Where you’ll be working**: In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

**Scheduled Weekly Hours**: 40
