**Job Title: Campaign Operator-Salesforce Marketing Cloud**

**Introduction to role**
We are looking for a hardworking and dynamic marketing automation operations manager with extensive experience on Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and CDP experience, preferably Salesforce Data Cloud. The individual should have implemented projects and possess a natural flair for technology. With strong interpersonal communication and a collaborative attitude, the person is expected to partner with global and diverse collaborators.
**Accountabilities**
- Work in Martech stack transformation from an operations perspective, establish new ways of working, manage scale out to different markets.
- Good understanding of data modelling, integration architectures and data governance standard processes.
- Collaborate with team members to drive end-to-end campaign execution from requirements to configuration and distribution.
- Understand data integration processes and work with IT teams to bring together data from various sources into the sources, ensure data quality and accuracy by cleaning, transforming, and standardizing data as needed.
- Understanding of Salesforce connectors, Code languages (incl. Apex and JavaScript), knowledge of JSON data structure, SQL and SOQL.
- Knowledge on usage of AMP scripts in journey builder or profile segmentation.
- Engage with customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design specific to Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Proven ability to analyse, design and optimize business processes focusing on data integration architecture.
Essential Skills/Experience

Desirable Skills/Experience
- Experience with marketing campaign design and implementation and/or with brand teams, implementing promotions or campaigns.
- Experience with technologies and processes for content management systems, digital asset management software, web content management.
- Experience with technologies and processes for mobile and social media technologies, solutions, and strategies.
- Experience with marketing customer data models.
