**Job Summary**:
The Academic Auditor is responsible for evaluating and enhancing the quality of educational programs, teaching methodologies, and institutional compliance with academic standards. Leveraging extensive experience as a senior teacher or academic coordinator, the Academic Auditor ensures that curriculum delivery, assessment practices, and faculty performance align with institutional goals and regulatory requirements. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to provide constructive feedback to improve teaching and learning outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough audits of academic programs, including lesson plans, classroom delivery, and student assessments, to ensure alignment with educational standards and institutional objectives.
- Review and evaluate teaching strategies, classroom management, and student engagement techniques employed by faculty members.
- Collaborate with department heads and coordinators to assess curriculum effectiveness and recommend updates or improvements based on current educational trends and student needs.
- Analyze student performance data and faculty feedback to identify areas of strength and opportunities for professional development.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, state regulations, and institutional policies through regular audits and reporting.
- Provide detailed reports and actionable recommendations to senior leadership on academic quality, faculty performance, and program efficacy.
- Mentor and guide teachers by sharing best practices drawn from hands-on teaching or coordination experience, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Facilitate professional development workshops or training sessions to address gaps identified during audits.
- Coordinate with administrative staff to streamline academic processes and maintain accurate records of audit findings and follow-up actions.
- Stay updated on educational policies, pedagogical innovations, and industry benchmarks to inform auditing practices.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) With B.Ed.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a senior teacher, academic coordinator, or similar role with demonstrated leadership in an educational setting.
- Proven expertise in curriculum development, classroom instruction, and student assessment.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators effectively.
- Familiarity with accreditation processes, educational regulations, and quality assurance frameworks.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in educational technology and data management tools (e.g., LMS platforms, spreadsheets, or audit software).

**Preferred Experience**:

- Prior experience in academic auditing, quality assurance, or educational consulting.
- Hands-on experience coordinating academic programs or leading teams of educators.
- Track record of improving teaching practices or student outcomes in a senior teaching or coordinator role.

**Work Environment**:

- The role may involve visiting classrooms, attending faculty meetings, and working in an office setting.
- Some travel may be required for multi-campus institutions or external training sessions.
