Job Title: Accountant / Finance Executive

Qualification:

· CA Inter / ICWA Inter (preferred)

· Strong academic background in Accounting & Finance

Experience:

· Trained under a Chartered Accountancy firm (Articleship / Internship)

· Hands-on exposure to accounting, audit, taxation, and compliance work

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain and finalize books of accounts as per applicable accounting standards

· Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations (Bank, Debtors, Creditors, etc.)

· Assist in statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit assignments

· Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance and filings

· Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

· Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements

· Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and stakeholders as required

· Provide analytical support to management for decision-making

Skills Required:

· Strong accounting and taxation knowledge

· Good understanding of financial reporting and compliance

· Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and accounting software

· Analytical mindset with attention to detail

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
