Job Description:

  • Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records and ensure timely posting of all financial transactions.
  • Prepare and verify vouchers, invoices, payment advice, receipts, and journal entries.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
  • Assist with statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other applicable tax requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth and accurate flow of financial information.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (MBA/CA Inter/ICWA Inter preferred).
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and Indian taxation laws.
  • Practical experience with ERP-based accounting systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good communication abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
