**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage product listings on various platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and the company's website.
- Upload, update, and optimize jewellery product images, descriptions, specifications, and pricing.
- Coordinate with design, inventory, and photography teams to ensure accurate and appealing product representation.
- Monitor stock levels and manage order processing, dispatch, and returns.
- Analyze sales performance, traffic data, and customer behavior to improve listings and strategies.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and reviews professionally and promptly.
- Plan and execute online promotional campaigns, deals, and festive offers.
- Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and policies.
- Generate periodic reports on sales, performance metrics, and customer feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of e-commerce experience, preferably in the **jewelry sector**.
- Strong understanding of jewelry products (metal types, stones, certifications, etc.).
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic image editing tools.
- Experience with marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
