**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **E-Commerce Platform Management**:

- Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory on e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Optimize product content with high-quality images, SEO-friendly descriptions, and accurate specifications.
- Ensure timely updates and management of promotions, discounts, and special offers.
- **Order & Inventory Management**:

- Process and track online orders, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor stock levels and work with the procurement team to prevent stockouts.
- **Digital Marketing & SEO**:

- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram promotions.
- Optimize website and product pages for search engines (SEO).
- **Customer Support & Engagement**:

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to online purchases.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Prepare reports on e-commerce performance and suggest improvements.
- Analyze customer behavior and trends to enhance user experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 months of experience** in e-commerce within the **jewelry industry**.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Knowledge of **SEO, digital marketing, and social media strategies**.
- Familiarity with **inventory management and order processing**.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience with **luxury or fine jewelry brands** is a plus.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or other design tools for product image editing.
