**About the Role**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Mining Executive to support our business development team by identifying and enriching high-quality leads through strategic data collection and analysis. This is a supporting role, focused entirely on powering outreach efforts through accurate, timely, and relevant data.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation Support**

Scrape and compile prospect data from directories such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, Apollo.io, and others.

Monitor social media, job boards, and news sources for signals of company growth, hiring, or funding.

**Market and Sales Intelligence**

Track company events like funding rounds, expansions, or leadership changes to uncover potential opportunities.

Help prioritize leads for SDRs using Account-Based Marketing (ABM) criteria.

**Customer Segmentation & Profiling**

Cluster leads and accounts based on firmographic and behavioral data.

Build detailed profiles to support personalized outreach strategies.

**Performance Insights (Basic Reporting)**

Provide data on lead quality, enrichment accuracy, and campaign outcomes to improve targeting strategies.

Support forecasting and trend analysis under guidance from senior team members.

**What we are Looking For**:
1-2 years of experience in data research, lead generation, or SDR support role.

Familiarity with data mining tools and basic CRM usage.

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
