The Data Mining Executive will be responsible for continuously sourcing and validating data of new real estate projects being registered under RERA across India. The role involves researching builder companies, identifying decision-makers, gathering accurate contact details, and maintaining a high-quality database to fuel the sales pipeline.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Regularly track and extract data of **new projects registered on RERA portals** (state-wise).
- Gather detailed information on:

- Project name, location, and size.
- Builder/company name and corporate office details.
- Key decision-makers (Directors, Sales/CRM Heads, IT Heads).
- Validate and update data to ensure accuracy and avoid duplication.
- Categorize leads based on relevance and priority.
- Share qualified data with the sales team in a structured format (Excel/CRM).
- Maintain weekly/monthly MIS of data generated.
- Research additional touchpoints through company websites, LinkedIn, directories, and industry reports.
- Continuously expand and enrich the builder/project database.
- Knowledge of **real estate industry and RERA portals** is a plus.
- Strong internet research skills and ability to work with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Accuracy and attention to detail is critical.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, able to deliver under deadlines.
- Based in Delhi NCR.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
