**About Us**:
Join Tikshark, a rapidly growing digital marketing company, targeting FMCG, construction, and non-tech companies in India. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and help us achieve our ambitious targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospect Identification**:

- Conduct thorough online research to identify potential leads across various industries.
- Utilize tools like LinkedIn, web directories, CRM platforms, and other data sources to build prospect lists.
- **Data Collection & Analysis**:

- Extract, clean, and organize data from multiple sources.
- Maintain and update databases with accurate and complete information about prospects.
- Analyze data to identify patterns and insights that can improve prospect targeting.
- **Lead Qualification**:

- Evaluate leads based on defined criteria such as industry, company size, and decision-making authority.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are actionable and relevant.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to refine prospecting strategies.
- Provide regular reports on prospecting activities and findings.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align research efforts with company goals.
- Support ad hoc research requests and data-related projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data mining, prospect research, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in data research tools and platforms like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in B2B lead generation or sales support.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of industry-specific trends and databases.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
