**Work Timings**: 6:30 PM to 4:30 AM (Night Shift - US Shift)

**About Us**:
Spotops Digital is an automobile business headquartered in Texas, USA, with operations in Bangalore, India. We specialize in selling and supporting automotive parts and services for our US-based clients.

We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented professionals to join our **International Sales Team**. The role involves communicating with customers in the USA, understanding their automotive part requirements, and providing suitable product or service solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential US customers and handle inbound sales inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work during US business hours (6:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST).
- Strong sales attitude and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM tools.
- Prior experience in international sales or voice process preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
