Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
3. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

5. Meet recruitment targets, track metrics, and report on recruitment progress.

6. Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and external partners.

7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.

**Requirements**:
1. 1+ years of recruitment experience.

2. Strong understanding of recruitment principles, laws, and regulations.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment software.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple openings.
