**Job Description: Fresher Ophthalmologist**

We are seeking a motivated and passionate fresher ophthalmologist to join our team at Medico Hub. As a fresher ophthalmologist, you will be responsible for assisting senior ophthalmologists in diagnosing and treating eye diseases and disorders, performing surgeries and providing post-operative care to patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting senior ophthalmologists in conducting comprehensive eye exams to diagnose eye diseases and disorders
- Learning to prescribe medications, corrective lenses or other treatments as necessary
- Assisting in surgical procedures such as cataract surgery, LASIK, and corneal transplants
- Providing post-operative care to patients
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in ophthalmology

**Requirements**:

- Medical degree and completion of residency in ophthalmology
- Valid medical license to practice in the state
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
