**Qualification / Skills Requirements**:
Ø Should have minimum 6+ years of relevant experience working with Oracle EBS environment in techno functional role.

Ø Should have experience working on Oracle R12 environment.

Ø Experience in providing Production Support, analyzing and resolving techno-functional issues in Oracle EBS environment in timely manner.

Ø Experience working with Oracle’s customer support i.e. logging Support request to Oracle, browsing and leveraging Oracle’s knowledgebase

Ø Should be aware of all the Key Setups and able to configure the Order management (OM), Advanced Pricing (QP), Purchasing (PUR), iProcurement(iPROC), Cost Management (CST), Project Manufacturing (PJM), Quality (QA), Work in Process(WIP ), Inventory Management (INV), Shipping Execution (WSH), Depot Repair (CSD), Install Base (CSI), Service Contracts (OKS) Modules

Ø Good functional knowledge of Oracle General Ledger, Account Payables, Account Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management modules

Ø Strong working knowledge on RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions & Extensions).

Ø Should have experience in writing MD70 Technical Design Docs & MD120 Code Migration doc clearly by referring MD50 Functional Design Doc.

Ø Should be hands on with the Technical skills - PL/ SQL, Workflows, OAF, Oracle Alerts, XML Publisher, Forms personalization, UNIX shell scripts, AOL objects, SQL Loader.

Ø Should have experience with Oracle G/L period, quarter, year-end reconciliation and closing process.

Ø Implementation background in Oracle eBusiness R12 Financial Applications

Ø Ability to configure workflows is a plus.

Ø Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ø Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ø Solid technical aptitude and understanding, including the ability to quickly learn new

Ø Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines under sometimes stressful conditions

Ø High energy, self-starter leader with an aptitude for learning new technologies

Ø Strong sense of accountability, taking ownership of production issues, tasks, and responsibilities and resolving issues proactively

Ø Reliability, dependability, and strong motivation to respond to requests quickly and provide a user-friendly solution

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional and Technical issues of simple, complex and critical service requests. The focus of this position is to provide Customer Service on a technical and functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by Itron employees and users of Oracle eBusiness suite.

As Techno-functional Support Professional, you will perform functional, technical and maintenance activities to include but not limited to the following:
Ø Responding to functional assistance incidents from the business users, problem analysis and change implementation.

Ø Provide Route Cause Analysis (RCA) to the recurring problems and resolution.

Ø Ability to debug the system for issues reported and provide clarity/work around to business users on the fix / gap identified.

Ø Contribute to building knowledge base for issue resolution and commonly asked questions/issues.

Ø Build automation and scripts to proactively identify issues, job failures and resolving those.

Ø Identify/modify standard/custom reports that are needed to produce Statutory, Management, Reconciliation reports and others.

Ø Develop/maintain interfaces from/to (but not limited to) Oracle General Ledger, Account Payable and Account Receivables.

Ø Monitor and build dashboard of jobs, scripts that run regularly

Ø Create ad hoc reports as per the service requirements.

Ø Create, test and implement code changes and integrate them with existing programs as needed.

Ø Provide timely and effective reporting/updates on status of work being done for Incidents, Service Requests and change implementation.

Ø Working with the super users to resolve all issues for the reported incidents. Research the issues on Metalink/Oracle Support site and Open the TAR/SAR with Oracle for critical issues.

Ø Implement various improvised processes to prevent user errors and stabilizing the system.

Ø Set up value sets, key flex fields, descriptive flex fields, concurrent program, printers, function, menus, responsibility, users.

Ø Work in different shift timing
