**About Us**: Cyberelite Task Force (CeTF) is a rapidly growing cybersecurity startup offering specialized training and certification programs. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Education Counselor to handle sales for our cybersecurity training courses.

As an Education Counselor, you will be responsible for managing incoming data of potential students, handling sales inquiries, following up on leads, and converting them into successful enrollments. This is a commission-based role, meaning your pay will be directly tied to the sales you generate. After one month of performance evaluation, we will offer a competitive fixed salary based on your results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle and manage the data provided by the company.
- Make calls and follow up with prospective leads regarding cybersecurity training courses.
- Convert leads into enrollments by effectively communicating the value of our courses.
- Maintain a record of follow-ups and interactions with leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets to secure commission-based earnings.
- Provide feedback on common questions or challenges faced by potential students.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working remotely with access to a phone and internet.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple leads and follow-ups.

**Pay Structure**:

- Commission-based for the first month: No sales, no pay.
- Performance-based: Pay will be proportional to the sales you make.
- After one month of successful performance, a fixed salary plus commission will be offered.
