**Role Overview**:The Estimator will be responsible for gathering and analyzing project data, preparing detailed cost estimates, and ensuring all project information is accurately documented and communicated. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather and document project data, including project name, client details, and location analysis.
- Identify the type of stucco system used.
- Update project management software with relevant data.
- Use Bluebeam for PDF management and project setup.
- Perform takeoffs and organize them according to company standards.
- Export and format takeoff data in Excel.
- Link takeoff sheets with estimate sheets and ensure all materials and labor are accounted for.
- Review projects with the manager and prepare submission packages.
- Submit all required project documents and maintain project value and cost accuracy.

**Qualifications**:
**B.E. /B.Tech Civil**
- Experience in estimating and project management within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Bluebeam, Excel, project management tools).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:
