Full job description
- **Cost Estimation**: Develop detailed cost estimates for civil and interior projects, including materials, labor, and overheads.

**Experience**:

- Interior design: 3 years (required)

Work Location: In person
- **Project Analysis**: Analyze architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other project documents to determine accurate costs.
- **Vendor Management**: Obtain and evaluate quotes from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- **Budget Preparation**: Prepare comprehensive budgets and cost reports, providing clear and concise information to project managers and stakeholders.
- **Risk Assessment**: Identify potential cost risks and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures and project efficiencies.
- **Contract Documentation**: Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, ensuring that all cost-related aspects are accurately documented.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with project managers, architects, and interior designers to align cost estimates with project scope and design requirements.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, material costs, and labor rates to provide accurate and competitive estimates.
- **Cost Tracking**: Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase, ensuring adherence to budget and identifying any variances.
