**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Job Name / : BladeS Services Operations Supervisor

Professional level and group : TBD

Mission - Supervise the operations of Nordex and Subcontractors technicians working in Mulanur and other WFs in India.

Functions / : - Supervise the field teams: l
- Define technical and operational guidelines; l
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements; l
- Organization of the people structure; l
- Develop, support and evaluate the performance of the team directly subordinate and su bcontractors - Management of resources and the O&M process for blades: l
- Process definition and mapping; l
- Definition and management of performance KPIs; l
- Purchase oî materials and contracting of third parties.

Duration/Type of contract /: Permanent/Full time lob Immediate superior / : Head Service / Blade Service Coordinator REOUIRED PROFILE / PERFIL REOUERIDO

**Qualification/Training Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is desired, but other degrees or equivalent work experience would also be acceptable. Complementary Training / ** Domain in MS Office and basic knowledge in Power BI.

Profile l: Dynamism, Strong Technical Skills; Work Under Pressure, Oriented to Results, Persistent and Committed.

Languages/Level I ldiomas/ Nível: English (proficiency level), Spanish would be a plus. Experience / : Experience working on inspections and repairs of wind turbine blades in an operational level. Experience with multicultural and multilanguage work environment. Experience in coordinating projects and teams.

Pay: ₹9,367.03 - ₹37,372.97 per month
