Job Title: Financial Operations SupervisorJob Description:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented financial operations supervisor to oversee and manage all aspects of accounting functions within the company.This role requires a deep understanding of construction accounting principles, compliance, and industry regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing financial controls, and overseeing day-to-day accounting activities.The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, such as accounts payable, general ledger entries, and payroll processing.Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Coordinate the construction draw process and ensure timely disbursement of funds.Manage yearly audit and tax compliance processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.Monitor actual expenses vs budget and participate in cash management.Provide regular financial reports and analysis to management.Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.Requirements:CA/CPA certification with 2-3 years of experience in real estate/construction industry.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and quality of deliverables.Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills in decision making.Strong analytical and quantitative skills.Demonstrated leadership and management skills.Superior ability to track and meet deadlines.High level of computer skills, including extensive experience with Yardi or similar systems.
