They also manufacture C/Z purlins and specialize in turnkey contracts for PEB and civil construction needs.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor, based in Manali, Chennai, India. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance operations, implement preventive maintenance schedules, evaluate the performance of equipment, and ensure their efficient operation. The role also involves managing maintenance and repair tasks, conducting inspections, troubleshooting technical issues, and leading a team to ensure timely completion of operational objectives.QualificationsStrong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams effectivelyProficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance techniquesExpertise in Maintenance & Repair tasks and operational inspectionsProblem-solving skills with experience in Troubleshooting technical issues and system failuresStrong organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of safety and compliance standards in equipment operation and maintenanceRelevant certifications or vocational training in mechanical or electrical engineering is a plusPrior experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably in the steel or construction industry, is highly desirable
