**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Configure, maintain and provide 2nd level support of AIX infrastructure
- Analyze issues in the AIX infrastructure
- Communicate with other teams and the client
- You’ll have access to all the technical and management training courses you need to become the expert you want to be
- You’ll learn directly from expert developers in the field; our team leads love to mentor
- You have the opportunity to work in many different areas to figure out what really excites you

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Minimum 2 years of shown experience with AIX system administration.
- Proven knowledge at administration of AIX including backup-config and restore-config profiles.
- Working knowledge and take initiative in AIX implementation, support, Workload Management and Performance Tuning.
- System Administration:

- Primary Skills: AIX
- Secondary skills: HMC, VIOS, Linux
- Primary skills: automation and scripting.
- Secondary skills : Knowledge on Networking concepts,

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- AIX Admin: 2+ years of experience in Unix Technologies.
- Experience in AIX server setup, installation, upgradation and troubleshooting
- Experience in AIX setup, installation, upgradation and troubleshooting
- Experience in scripting, automation tool
- Working knowledge in Linux,
- Working knowledge of any of the cloud environments

**Required Education**

Bachelor's Degree

**Preferred Education**

Master's Degree
