**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients and nurturing existing relationships. Your ability to analyse market trends and customer needs will be crucial in delivering tailored solutions that meet our clients' requirements. Proficiency in Salesforce is preferred, and knowledge of Spanish would be a valuable asset.

**Duties**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Present products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
- Utilise Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyse sales data for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance brand visibility in the market.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to promote our offerings and expand your professional network.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a field-based environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage but not essential.
