**Position Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced **Production Line Supervisor**to manage the Production Line management systems. The **Production Line Supervisor** is responsible for managing day-to-day operations on the production floor. This includes supervising line workers, ensuring adherence to production schedules, maintaining product quality, enforcing safety standards, and driving continuous improvement in processes and productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to Plant Manager.
- Oversee production line operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise, train and coordinate activities of production line workers and production line staff to meet daily output targets.
- Ensure that production schedules are followed and adjusted as needed to meet demand.
- Monitor quality control and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor line performance and address bottlenecks, delays, or equipment issues promptly.
- Manage production schedules, meeting deadlines and targets.
- Identify and resolve production issues, implementing process improvements.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Maintain high standards of product quality through adherence to SOPs and inspection protocols.
- Train and mentor line employees on safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Enforce workplace safety policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Complete production reports, shift summaries, and documentation accurately and on time.
- Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or other continuous improvement practices.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to resolve issues and optimize efficiency.
- Participate in performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and workforce planning.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical, mechanical field.
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment and supervisory experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control systems.
- Familiarity with production equipment and basic troubleshooting.
- Proficient in using production tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools.
