**Job Title: Electronics Assembly Line Operator**

**Experience: 1-2 years**

**Location: Bhiwandi**

**Qualification: Electronics**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Assembly Line Operation**: Operate machinery and equipment on the electronics assembly line to assemble electronic components and products according to standardized processes and procedures.
- **Component Inspection**: Inspect electronic components for defects, damage, or irregularities before assembly. Ensure that components meet quality standards and specifications.
- **Assembly Process**: Follow assembly instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and work orders to assemble electronic products accurately and efficiently. Use hand tools, soldering equipment, and machinery as required.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor the quality of assembled products throughout the assembly process. Perform visual inspections and functional tests to identify and rectify defects or deviations from standards.
- **Workstation Maintenance**: Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and assembly areas. Clean and maintain equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning and safety.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels of electronic components and materials required for assembly. Notify supervisors when supplies need to be replenished or orders need to be placed.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.
- **Documentation**: Record production data, including quantities produced, defects detected, and downtime incurred, accurately and legibly. Complete production logs, reports, and forms as required by company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in electronics assembly is a plus.
- Previous experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic components, tools, and assembly techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small components and using hand tools.
- Attention to detail and quality orientation to ensure accurate and consistent assembly.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for performing measurements, calculations, and inventory management.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- QC: 1 year (preferred)
- Soldering: 1 year (preferred)
