**Position**: Assembly Technician

**Reports To**: Production Supervisor / Plant Manager

**Qualification**: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering

**Experience**: 0 - 3 years **(Freshers can apply)**.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- **Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of **electric vehicle components, wiring, and mechanical parts.**:

- **Assembly & Fitting Skills**: Ability to read **technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly guides.**:

- **Problem-Solving**: Quick **identification and troubleshooting** of assembly-related issues.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring **precision and accuracy** in component fitting.
- **Teamwork & Communication**: Ability to **work collaboratively** with supervisors and team members.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: ITI / Diploma in **Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Automotive Engineering**.
- **Experience**: 0-3 years in **EV assembly, automotive, or manufacturing industry** (Freshers welcome).

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience and skills.
- For Freshers : 14 K + Benefits.
- For 1 - 2 Years : 16 K + Benefits,
- For 2 - 3 Years : 17 K + Benefits.

**Work Schedule**: Full-time (Monday to Saturday).

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Assembly & Installation**
- Assemble electric scooters as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Install and connect **batteries, motors, controllers, and wiring harnesses**.
- Ensure proper fitting of **frames, suspensions, brakes, wheels, and other mechanical parts**.
- Perform **alignments, adjustments, and calibrations** as needed.

**2. Quality Control & Testing**
- Conduct **pre-delivery inspections (PDI)** and ensure all components function correctly.
- Test scooters for **battery efficiency, motor performance, and safety checks**.
- Identify and report any **assembly defects or quality issues** to the supervisor.

**3. Tools & Safety Compliance**
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow **electrical safety protocols** while working with high-voltage components.
- Maintain a **clean and organized workspace**, adhering to 5S and workplace safety standards.

**4. Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain records of **assembly work, testing results, and defects**.
- Follow checklists to ensure compliance with **manufacturing standards and company policies**.
- Provide feedback on **design improvements and process optimizations**.
