We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented recent graduate to join our team as a Editor. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of content components—such as authors, titles, headlines, and journal structures—and basic computer knowledge. You will receive full training on our tools and processes. The role involves assisting with organizing, tagging, and verifying content from academic journals, magazines, and articles, and preparing them for digital use. Key Responsibilities: Identify and extract basic information from content (e.g., author names, titles, issue numbers, journal names) Tag and organize content accurately using internal systems Enter and format data in spreadsheets and content management tools Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness Research missing information using reliable online sources when needed Collaborate with editors or senior content staff as required **Requirements**: Recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Media Studies, Library Science, or a related field) Basic understanding of publishing terms like "author," "editor," "headline," and "journal" Basic computer knowledge (familiar with using MS Word, Excel, internet browsing, and file management) Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and workflows Good reading comprehension and written communication skills Training & Support Provided: Full training on internal tools, content handling, and data entry standards Ongoing guidance from experienced team members Opportunity to learn industry-standard content management processes What We Offer: A supportive work environment ideal for early-career professionals Career growth opportunities in editorial, digital content, or research roles Hands-on experience with real-world content and publishing systems **Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: - Night shift Application Question(s): - Are you comfortable to work in Night Shift? - Are you comfortable working from noida office? **Language**: - English (required) Work Location: In person
