**Description and Requirements**:
Architect and design complex Azure solutions
Implement advanced Azure solutions, including Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues in large-scale Azure environments
Perform capacity planning and optimization
Provide technical leadership and guidance to L1 and L2 engineers
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of Azure solutions
Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure technologies and industry best practices
Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and meet service delivery objectives
Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience

Deep understanding of Azure architecture and services
Experience with Azure Resource Manager, Azure PowerShell, and Azure CLI
Proficiency in designing and implementing complex Azure solutions
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Strong leadership and mentoring skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Azure administration and engineering
