**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Support:

- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving operational tickets related to Proofpoint on Demand Administration.
- Creation and modification of rules as per service tickets to address specific security requirements.
- Knowledgeable about the ITIL procedures, Incident and Service request management, SLA hygiene etc.
- Documentation and Monitoring:

- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documentation related to Proofpoint On Demand Administration.
- Design and Configuration:

Vendor Collaboration:

Mitigation Implementation:

Technical Knowledge:

- Utilize knowledge of multi-cluster Proofpoint setups to enhance security strategies and configurations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to create clear and concise documentation, including SOPs.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with vendors and internal teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
