**Role Summary**

**Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership**
- Oversee curriculum design, implementation, and innovation for LKG to Class 12 in alignment with CBSE standards.
- Promote pedagogical excellence through teacher training, classroom observations, and feedback.
- Ensure robust assessment frameworks and academic rigor.

**Administrative & Operational Management**
- Manage day-to-day school operations, including timetabling, resource allocation, and infrastructure.
- Implement safety protocols (child protection, campus security, disaster management).
- Supervise admissions, examinations, and statutory compliance.

**Staff Development**
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Foster a collaborative culture through professional development workshops.

**Student Welfare & Discipline**
- Champion student well-being, inclusivity, and holistic development.
- Maintain discipline through fair policies and restorative practices.

**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Build partnerships with parents, staff, and the community via meetings, events, and transparent communication.
- Represent the school in educational forums and regulatory bodies.

**Strategic Development**
- Lead long-term planning, resource optimization, and infrastructure enhancements.
- Integrate technology to modernize teaching-learning processes.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Educational Background**:

- Master’s Degree in Education (M.Ed.) or relevant field (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) required.
- Additional qualifications (e.g., Ph.D., leadership certifications) preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum **10 years** in teaching + **5 years** in senior leadership (e.g., Principal/Vice-Principal) in a CBSE/ICSE school.
- Proven experience managing K-12 institutions.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital administration.
- In-depth knowledge of CBSE norms, NEP 2020, and child safety laws.
