**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations and academic management of the college
- Lead, inspire, and manage faculty and staff
- Develop and implement academic policies and programs
- Promote student success through quality education and extracurricular activities
- Collaborate with trustees and stakeholders to achieve the institution’s strategic goals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and maintain high standards of education
- Represent the college in academics, governing bodies, University, and community events.

**Must-Haves**:

- **PhD** in a relevant discipline (Commerce/ Management)
- A minimum of **7 years of experience as a Principal** in a reputed institution
- Resides in **Bangalore** and can **commute to Hennur Ring Road Junction** daily
- Strong leadership, administrative, and communication skills
- In-depth understanding of educational policies and procedures, especially regarding Bangalore North University.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in developing and managing academic programs
- Ability to build and maintain a collaborative working environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
