**Job Description: Finance Intern**

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Analysis**:

- Assist in conducting financial analysis and preparing reports to support decision-making processes.
- Analyze financial statements, trends, and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Doing cold calling for Demat account opening
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Assist in preparing budget templates, analyzing variances, and making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- **Accounting Support**:

- Aid in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- **Financial Planning and Strategy**:

- Contribute to financial planning initiatives and strategic projects.
- Assist in developing financial models and conducting scenario analysis to evaluate potential outcomes.
- **Ad Hoc Projects**:

- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned by the finance team or senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support special initiatives or strategic objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software/tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
