This On -site position is designed for driven individuals who excel in sales and communication. As a Telecaller, your role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our services to drive sales growth.
- **Working Hours**:

- 9:30am to 6:30 pm, Monday through saturday
- Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services.
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and offer customized solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales leads.
- Effectively communicate the value propositions of our products.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team for effective lead generation and conversion.
- Report progress and challenges to the team lead
- **Requirements**:

- Experience in telesales or tele calling, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and results-driven approach
