The **Digital Marketing Executive** is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products or services. They play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. **Here's an outline of the key responsibilities, skills, and qualifications for this role**:

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Manage company social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Engage in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms.
- Create engaging content for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and other digital channels.
- Design content for Standees, Kiosk related materials etc.
- Optimize content for the official website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc.
- Improve the visibility of the website through various SEO techniques.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Use data from web analytics and reports to drive continuous improvement in digital marketing strategies.
- Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social media ads.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance and adjust strategies as needed.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- **Analytical Skills**:

- Ability to analyze data and use it to inform decisions.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- **Creative Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative in approach to problem-solving and content creation.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:

- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong Organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
