**Job Title**: Google Ads Expert

**Location**: Manewada, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440024

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns across various platforms such as Search, Display, Video, and Shopping.

2. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords for campaign targeting.

3. Create compelling ad copy and creative assets that resonate with our target audience.

4. Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement.

5. Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad performance and drive higher conversion rates.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Google Ads and digital marketing.

7. Collaborate with other marketing team members to align Google Ads campaigns with overall marketing objectives.

8. Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and recommendations for optimization.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

2. Proven 1+ yr experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a track record of driving results.

3. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platforms and tools, including Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics.

4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

6. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

7. Google Ads certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
