**About Us**: Kay Bee Bio Organics is a leading Agriculture company specializing in Fertilizer and Pesticide. We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Expert to manage and optimize our Google Ads campaigns, drive traffic, and increase conversions.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and Shopping networks.
- **Keyword Research**: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and negative keywords to maximize ROI.
- **Ad Creation**: Write compelling ad copy, design creative assets, and develop engaging landing pages to improve ad performance and user experience.
- **Bid Management**: Implement and manage bidding strategies to achieve desired metrics such as cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- **Performance Analysis**: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Provide regular reports to management.
- **A/B Testing**: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to determine the most effective approaches.
- **Budget Management**: Allocate and manage budgets for various campaigns, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- **Conversion Tracking**: Set up and monitor conversion tracking to measure campaign success and make data-driven decisions.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Monitor competitor activities and strategies to stay competitive and identify new opportunities.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up to date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in Google Ads and digital marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Google Ads Expert or similar role, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Display, Video, and Shopping networks.
- Strong understanding of PPC advertising, SEO, and SEM principles.
- Proficient in using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Google Ads certification (preferred).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with other PPC platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
