**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategize, plan, and execute Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation for Life Force Homeopathy.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize PPC campaigns to meet or exceed lead generation goals.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend assessments to refine targeting strategies.
- Design and implement A/B tests for ad creatives and landing pages to enhance performance.
- Conduct regular data analysis and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align campaigns with overall brand objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if experience is relevant).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Google Ads / PPC expert, preferably in lead-generation campaigns.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Display, and YouTube Ads.
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics, keyword tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimise ad campaigns.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
