**Job Summary**

The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding CodeSkilled’s customer base by engaging with potential learners, understanding their career goals, and recommending the right programs to match their aspirations. You’ll be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service to ensure a positive learner experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Educate potential customers on CodeSkilled’s offerings, including certification programs and other courses.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster trust and ensure repeat engagement.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Understand and analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate learning solutions.
- Keep detailed records of interactions, sales activities, and customer preferences in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns that align with customer interests.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions to help refine CodeSkilled’s offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and CodeSkilled’s product updates to provide accurate information to potential learners.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the ed-tech industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend relevant solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
