**Job Summary**:
The **Graduate Trainee Scientific Content, D&T, Digital Marketing** will be part of the digital marketing team that will be responsible for the design & deliver technical solutions for the Digital Marketing function.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Research, write, and edit engaging and original scientific content.
- Collaborate with the team to develop scientific content strategies and ideas.
- Ensure all written material aligns with our brand voice and editorial guidelines.
- Assist in creating multimedia content, including videos and creatives, if applicable.
- Perform content audits and updates as needed.
- Engage with current trends in the pharmaceutical industry and digital media, proposing innovative content ideas.
- Develop creative concepts and storylines resonating with the target audience.

**Basic Qualification and Experience**:

- Graduate in a relevant degree program, Pharmacy.
- Preferred, but not mandatory: Previous internship or coursework experience in marketing, content creation, or related fields.

**Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts with eagerness to expand knowledge.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus, but not mandatory; willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of SEO principles is a plus.
- Great verbal and written communication skills. Creativity and passion for writing.
- Ability to write compelling copy - both long and short form.
- Strong ability to translate ideas into stories. Knack for researching and delving deep into a topic.
- Basic understanding of how social platforms and SEO work.

**Physical and Travel Requirements**
- 15% travel, including global travel.
- Occasional on-call work required.
- Prefer 12pm - 9pm India time. Willingness to work outside of these hours as needed.
