**Role**:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented **Editing Support Assistant** to help our video team with essential post-production tasks. This role is ideal for someone starting their editing journey and looking to learn while contributing to real campaigns.

**Eligibility**:

- **Minimum 3 months of basic editing or media handling experience** (internship, freelance, or academic)
- Completion of a **certified course** in video editing, multimedia, or media production is **mandatory**:

- Familiarity with editing tools like **Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve**, or similar
- Good organizational skills with a basic understanding of editing workflows

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist editors by organizing raw footage, audio files, and project assets
- Support in rough cuts, timeline setup, and file formatting
- Add basic transitions, subtitles, or placeholders as directed
- Handle file exports and naming conventions for different platforms
- Maintain asset libraries and project backups for ongoing campaigns

**Bonus Skills**:

- Knowledge of cloud-based storage and media management tools (e.g., Google Drive, Frame.io)
- Willingness to learn advanced tools and take creative direction
- Familiarity with short-form video formats like Reels and Shorts
