As we expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a passionate and result-driven **Digital Marketing Executive** to join our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.)
- Monitor and optimize ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) for performance and ROI
- Track website traffic and social media engagement using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
- Plan and execute promotions, festive campaigns, and seasonal offers online
- Coordinate with graphic designers and photographers for creative and product shoots
- Manage online reviews and reputation on platforms like Google My Business, Just Dial, etc.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Support in developing an e-commerce or online order system in future phases

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
- **3-5 years of proven experience** in digital marketing (Retail industry experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, etc.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tracking tools
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
- Self-motivated, with an ability to work independently and manage time effectively
