**Role Overview**:
As the Live Music and Entertainment Podcast Producer at Clubr, you will play a pivotal role in curating and producing podcast episodes that highlight live music artists, renowned DJs, and influential venue owners. You will collaborate with creative teams, manage guest relationships, and ensure the seamless execution of each episode.

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Curation**:

- Collaborate with the content team to identify compelling topics and themes that resonate with our audience.
- Research and suggest potential guests, including live music artists, DJs, and venue owners, who can provide unique insights and experiences.

**Guest Engagement**:

- Establish and nurture relationships with live music artists, DJs, and venue owners, ensuring their comfort and willingness to participate in podcast episodes.
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communication with guests.

**Interview and Recording**:

- Conduct engaging and dynamic interviews with live music artists, DJs, and venue owners, facilitating insightful conversations that showcase their journeys and perspectives.
- Oversee the recording process, ensuring audio and visual quality.

**Production Management**:

- Collaborate with editors, sound engineers, and other production professionals to create high-quality podcast episodes.
- Oversee the editing process, maintaining the authenticity and essence of the original conversations.

Creative Enhancement:

- Collaborate with the creative team to enhance episodes with visual elements, graphics, and music that complement the content.

**Promotion and Distribution**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting podcast episodes across various platforms, including social media, streaming services, and websites.
- Monitor analytics and feedback to make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

**Networking**:

- Attend relevant industry events and connect with potential guests, partners, and collaborators to expand the podcast's reach and influence.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in podcast production, video journalism, or a related field.
- Strong passion for and understanding of the live music, DJ, and entertainment industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for guest engagement and interviews.
- Proficiency in podcast recording and editing tools/software.
- Creative mindset with the ability to innovate in content presentation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with current trends in the live music and entertainment space.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
